I'm sick ->
well, finally i'm okey now. what can i say after my 2nd check-up at St. Patrick Care in Mandaluyong and finally stop my menstruation given the deadline of my OB Dr. Mrs. Calingo, Thank's God!
Hard headed to eat vegetables and fruits. Also to eat on time and get enough sleep at night that's why lack of nutrients and vitamins which leads to hormonal imbalance as per my OB. I thought I'm pregnant...hahaha...to think that i need to undergo pregnancy test twice..and as expected the result was "Negative".
Time for me to get rest while i'm on leave in 6 days. No work but honestly i miss it, the Excel. I realized that i can't take doing nothing or just sleeping all day long. Imagine a routine of taking medicines, drink herbal teas and eat daily vegetables. I can't walk or stand just lying on my bed since i'm suffered from prolonged menstruation which happend to be special cases. Dr. said it's possible from over stress and not eating healthy foods.
Now i've learned a lot especially the foods and vitamins i take. Be careful and have balance personal life. Don't just work, work, work but manage time also for myself. ok!
